Vintage English stoneware spouted cream tip bowl with glaze crazing - batter bowl 2024 - stoneware dairy bowl

A spouted cream tip/batter bowl, made of stoneware and impressed on the underside with Made in England. Ideal as a fruit bowl or part of a larger stacking display, the beige/brown colour and pleasing signs of wear make for a very decorative vintage bowl.

21cm diameter
23cm wide with spout
9.5cm tall

Condition:
Glaze crazing, firing marks and age related wear, along with a couple of chips to the foot. The side of the bowl has a manufacturing casting flaw, but this is 2024 glazed over and not damage and has been there since production.
