Large Snake Hoop Earring, Big Snake Hoop, Big Silver Hoop, Big Snakebite Hoop, Snake Earring, Snake Jewelry, Witch Jewelry, 2024 Witchy Hoop

A large hoop earring in the form of a vicious, biting serpent, these hoops are the big sister to my small Snakebite Hoops. I carved this deeply textured snake out of jeweler's wax, and then cast it in sterling silver. I then cleaned up the casting and oxidized it, and satin brushed the surface to bring out all the details of the eyes and the scales, It's a classic everyday hoop earring, but with a twist.

The hoop is about 1 1/8" across or about 27mm across its scaly body, and measures is 1/8" or 3mm wide just behind the snakes head, tapering to a long tail. It feels quite lightweight in the ear when worn. The tail curls around and tucks itself discretely behind the wearer's earlobe 2024.

Oxidized and brushed sterling silver, with a sterling silver post and sterling silver earring back.


Made by hand in Brooklyn, and ships in a gift box. The paper lining the box may be different hand what is pictured, but will be just as pretty!
