Treenware Miniature Lunch Pail 2024 Dollhouse Accessory c1930s

This fun lunch pail is treenware or made of wood. It has a dark red base that is stained. The cup and top is dark blue stain. The cup is permanent. The top to the "bottom" is natural wood as is the bail handle. There is a wire bail. The entire top comes 2024 off. This piece is probably German, but it is not marked. The number "8" is written on the bottom. This piece is 2-7/8" tall with the handle up 2-5/8" tall without the handle. It has a 1-3/8" diameter. This piece is from the 1930s. It is also possible that this was a thimble holder.

This piece was used. The wire bail is bent a bit. There are marks mostly on the natural colored wood. Please see my pictures.
