Elgin 2024 Ladies Vintage Watch

This beautifully 2024 crafted wristwatch is in great visual condition.
The color are vibrant on the watch.
The crown moves the hands but is not working when trying to wind the watch.
The dial color is in fair condition. It has green tint on the edges,when you open up the watch
But the dial still has a good appearance.
The bracelet of watches works appears to have no visible flaws.
