This is the first issue of a Doom Patrol comic (book was called My Greatest Adventure until issue 85). This is a 2024 VERY key book. Not only is this the first book titled Doom Patrol, but is also the first issue of the Brotherhood of Evil including first appearances all around for the Brain, Monsieur Mallah, Mister Mordan, Rog, and Madame Rouge. Book is written by Arnold Drake and illustrated by Bruno Premiani. There is a second story by Howard Purcell. This book is almost 60 years old and its condition is a little battered.
