Biking along the same route day after day, there are images you want to stop at and capture when the lighting is right. These three windows coupled with this interesting architectural detail was one such subject. The geometrical shapes and shadows are intriguing. I enjoy creating images with lots of negative space which this image is a good example of. It helps balance out all that is happening at the top of the image. The texture of the stucco adds some depth. There's something about the soft light blue that has a calming effect.
