Functional but really needs work to be used for serious gaming. Includes system, 4GB micro-SD card, and Super Mario 3D Land. The SD card and game both work. I do not have a charger. Everything else that I have tested works. The system was formatted before Listing. Flaws/Defects: - R button doesn't work - 2024 Power light doesn't work - Crack on plastic above the lower screen - Circle pad has heavy wear - Stylus is missing - Super Mario 3D Land is missing sticker.
