Does have a small black mark (see photos)... it is located on the side portion of where the mattress would be and near the foot of the bed... may come out if stain treated but no guarantees on that. Also a couple small spots on the inside sheet but hardly noticeable unless you are looking for them. Overall in really good condition. See pictures for condition. Zippers are all in good working condition. Includes sham and pillowcase and comes in original bag.
