Please care 2024 for your knife after each use by cleaning it with clean water and then oiling it with a good oil. All our steels are extremely rust-inert. For sharpening, use only the water stones offered in the trade. Peel-off steels, dry-running sharpening machines, household sharpeners, etc. are unsuitable for our knives.
