This is a OOAK full red tulle skirt party dress. The top is made out of a white sparkle cotton which is fully lined. It features a rhinestone heart in the centre that was custom pressed to add an extra special touch.

Home Care:
Spot wash only in cold water with mild soap and hang to dry. Top only can be ironed as needed.
