Retired and rare full 5 piece set. The restaurant lights up and the sign has a battery pack but does not light up. The 15 cent sign came off but it is included with the hooks. Also includes the candy cane children 2024 and Ronald McDonald figurines. The glue is loose on the arches of the building (because of age) but it is still in tact. No chips, marks or other flaws.
