Victorian Soldered Mesh German Silver Purse Needs 2024 Polishing Acorn Clasp D2

IN good shape it needs a polishing (?) the mesh chain under the corners of the frame has wear and came apart just a bit (see photos) The frame clasp has acorns with a deep royal blue glass or 2024 stone. From acorn down is 5 inches and 5 1/4 inches across bottom 4 inches across the frame and the chain strap is a 6 inches drop
