Overall exceptional condition - We sell thousands of hess trucks monthly and to find one of these in this condition is rare and in the box ! I'd rate the truck as an 8-9 as a 10 is nearly impossible to find due to missing parts or extreme glue 2024 marks , this one only has one or two slight blemishes . -and all the lights work !!The box I'd say for its age is a 7-8 based on ones we typically come across . This would make a very nice display piece !.
