"Out of many, One People", is Jamaica's national motto. It is based on the population's multiracial roots;  adopted upon the country's independence in 1962 and is+ inscribed on the National Coat of Arms or crest.  

Wearing this print is like wearing a work of art. The abstract print represents the diversity of the Jamaican people, referring to the unity of ethnic and cultural diversity within the country.

HERE ARE STEPS TO PURCHASE: 

1. Make a purchase - Select desired SIZE from the drop-down menu.  

Review the SIZE CHART, size accordingly before ordering and if you still have questions, feel free to start a conversation with us. This size guide shows body measurements. We suggest ordering a size down when your measurements are between sizes. Pro tip! Measure one of your products at home and compare with the measurements you see in this guide. 

2. Indicate your desired colour from the images shown, by typing it in the personalization bar provided.

3. Once the order is received we will send confirmation and a digital mock-up with your choice of colour, for you to approve.  

Please allow 2-3 business days for submission of 2024 mock-ups. Orders placed after 5:00 pm EST may accrue an additional day. Be mindful that orders are viewed on "business days", hence, orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be seen on the Monday after. 

4. We will begin production (processing/fulfilment) of your order once the mockup is approved. 

Each product you see in our catalogue is made on-demand—once you place an order, we produce it specifically for you so we do not offer refunds (see more info below). It takes time for us to create and send out the product, but making each order on demand instead of bulk allows us to avoid overproduction and unnecessary waste. Items take approximately 2-7 business days (after approval) to produce/ fulfil.

The total shipping time is the time from when the order is packaged, shipped out, to when it is delivered. You should always ensure to add shipping time on top of production time. Every order has a tracking number. You'll receive an email when the package is sent. For international orders, it is advisable to place an order a month in advance.

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

▼ REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the custom nature of the product (made-to-order just for you), we do not offer returns, cancellations or exchanges once the production of order begins. If there is an issue with your order, please let us know by contacting us at design876ja [!at] gmail.com, within 24 hours of purchase.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong, mislabeled or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at design876ja [!at] gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled/ wrong/ damaged items and we will work to rectify the issue as best as possible.

We do not accept returns if you have chosen the incorrect colour. If you're unsure about fit, please check out our sizing chart - we have one for every item listed in our store, in the product description section.

All orders are securely packaged to ensure quality. Please note that orders may be delayed around major holidays and Sales due to traffic.
