A Panelcarve Chef's Knife designed by Evelyn Ackerman for ERA Industries. This was purchased directly from the Ackerman Estate Sale recently. I bought three and am keeping two for myself. I have the identical knife which is shorter. This one has pencil markings on the wood perhaps where it was to be cut down. It is hand signed on the back copyright ERA INDUSTRIES.
Measuremnts are: 22" long & 2.85” wide and .75" tall
Local pick up in Long Beach, CA can be arranged. Let me know prior to purchasing so I can remove shipping charges.
It will be expertily packed by UPS, and insured up to its full value. The above cost is just an estimate. If shipping turns out to be less, I will gladly refund you the difference.
