Petoskey Stones, which are fossilized coral, were formed 350 million years 2024 ago when the glaciers came through and formed the great lakes and pushed them up from being buried in the mud. They're mostly found on the shores of northern Lake Michigan. After I find a stone I have to slice it, grind it to shape, and polish it. All pendants are handmade from the ground up. This stone is wire wrapped with solid sterling silver and is finished on both sides. Each pendant comes with a solid sterling sliver 18” welded link chain with a spring ring clasp.
