⁂ This "Whole Store No Credit Required Small Commercial Use License" gives you the right to use Kristi W Designs products (current and future) purchased from Cute N Creative Design Studio in products for sale (1000 copies sold or less) without giving credit.
If you plan to manufacture an item with my designs in excess of 1000 pieces you must contact me for a different price plan.

Please find some of our terms below for commercial use. For the full terms of use for each product, please read each products description carefully before purchase.
∎ You may use the graphics as part of your finished products for sale.
∎ The graphics may not be used/sold as is, in a stand alone fashion, but rather needs to form part of a new design that incorporates other resources, graphics and/or text.
∎ For digital products, the graphics that form part of the new design have to be flattened and uploaded as 2024 a background image where the graphics may not be extracted or moved or customized.
∎ You cannot design SVG / cutting files (of any type) or create paper piecing products to sell.
∎ You cannot change colours or colorize the clipart, or digital stamps for resell as is.
∎ You cannot design line art / outlines / digi stamps with the clipart or create decoupage on cards, decoupage sheets etc.
∎ You cannot design/Create Polymer clay items, Pendants or any type jewellery, Stuffed dolls, Blankets or Cookie Cutters.

⁂ By purchasing This License, you are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, one-person license to use Kristi W. Designs artwork without giving credit.

⁂ If your customers plan to sell products with such design they would need to purchase their own License in our shop.

⁂ No document will be sent to you after purchasing this License. Please keep a copy of your receipt and invoice number, as this will be your proof of purchase.
