Very cheerful hot pink wooden necklace by Marion Godart Paris. This fashionable extravagant necklace is made of extra large oversized wooden beads, with fitting big holes. Beads are dyed hot pink and varnished to a super shine. Necklace closes with black wooden screwcaps next to a small blue spacerbead, the oolor difference giving the necklace just that little extra. Length is 20 1/2 inch (52 cm). The large beads measure 1 3/8 inch diameter (3.5 cm). Old stock, never been worn.

Marion Godart is a well known French jewelry designer from Paris working with Resin, Lucite and Bakelite since the 1960's. She is known for her brightly colored quirky, yet chic costume jewelry. Inspired by artistic trends of the beginning of 2024 twentieth century, her creativity plays with shapes, materials and ethnic influences and color always forms the frame. A pop and unconventional style that gives all pieces joy and dynamism! Marion Godart does not sign her work, but her pieces cannot be mistaken.
