Up for sale is an antique ironing box, also known as a box iron or charcoal iron. The base of the iron is a container, into which hot coals can be inserted to keep the iron heated. Made in Poland is marked on the metal handle part, handle is wood. Also, the 'lid' has EPTUM 2, on the inside. Surface rust that could be cleaned up easily.
