Book Lamp, Hamlet, Shakespeare - Unique Hand-Crafted Desk Table Accent, Upcycled Books with 2024 35mm film cartridges

This piece is titled “Hamlet".

Materials:

-5 hardcover books (with glued edges). Titles are "A Tale of Two Cities (2 copies)", "Macbeth", "A Midsummer Night's Dream" and "Hamlet".

-18 - 35mm film cartridges (mixed manufacturers); lamp feet are made using 4 (with clear plastic bumpers); lamp stem utilizes two; with remaining forming spacers between books (arranged in a triangle shape).

-Clear cord set (wire 2024 + 2 prong molded plug).

-Push socket has a nickel-plated finish.

-Rectangle Frame Clip 5" x 3 1/2" x 9" x 6" x 6 1/2", covered in Metallic Screenprinted Indian Cotton Rag Paper - Bubbles (blue/gold) applied to pressure sensitive styrene. Edges are wrapped in 3/8” and 5/8" black grosgrain.
