Beautiful vintage 1000 de Jean Patou Paris perfume bottle with original gold Velvet box

The bottle has the original red stopper with strands around the neck of the bottle.
There is no chips or cracks to the bottle.
The 2024 strands around the neck may have been tied to the stopper - don't know.

I cannot get the stopper out of the bottle, perhaps soaking the bottle would work.
