Antique Black Silk Stripe Victorian 2024 Blouse/Jacket Jet Buttons Tatted Lace Collar 32 Bust

Elegant black silk striped jacket has decorative jet button details in front and an interior/exterior hook and eye closure. The high neck has a delicate tatted lace collar and the long sleeves have upturned cuffs. The interior vest 2024 and exterior silk are in good condition with some thinning of the silk visible when held to the light, and one hole where a decorative button was, and the exterior bottom of this jacket needs some re-gathering to be done to it as some of the blouson effect has been lost with some loose stitches. There are three large hooks at back waist for securing a skirt to it. Measures 32 bust and 24 waist: this piece was meant to be tucked into a skirt to show off the waist.
