Hand Embroidered and Hand Dyed Abstract Art 2024 on Vintage and New Fabrics, 5"x5" Hoop, Abstract Embroidery, Hand Sewn Embroidery Sampler

A very unique and one of a kind piece to be sure! This fun piece of art is comprised of many different swatches of hand dyed fabrics, sewn together with differently dyed yarns and threads in multiple styles of stitchery.

The fabrics are dyed with turmeric for yellow, black bean to obtain the purple hues, and mustang grape leaves for the olive green. There are also pieces of vintage silk included in small pieces.

A piece of art like this is often described as a sampler, which is why I've used so many different types of stitches and fabrics. I 2024 hope that you can enjoy the abstract and whimsical elements of this fun piece of embroidery!
