Ornate Silver Plate Picture Frame R. 2024 Carr Of Sheffield England On Blue Velvet

A beautifil silverplate frame from R. Carr Of Sheffield, England. Lovely scalloped shape with a scroll border along the edges dotted with flowers. The silver face is mounted on blue velvet. The frame is from the late 80s or early 90s as is all the silver frames I have listed. The velvet surround is faded on the front edge, possibly discolored from polishing over the years.
The darkened areas are reflections, it's very shiny. Easel stand on the back.
