Each cutting board is made from the highest quality hard rock maple and reversible, giving you twice the surface area to work on. Made in the USA by John Boos and awarded the Gold Medal Award by Chefs of America, the Boos Block board features edge grain construction, a natural oil finish, FDA and NSA (National Sanitary 2024 Foundation) approval.

We take the plain board and customize it, personalizing with engraved initials to your specifications.

This board features our Labrador Corner Monogram. Choose from single initial, three initial monograms or family names.
For other dog breeds: We would be happy to engrave your dog's breed. However, you will need to send us a vector file (.ai or .eps file extension) of the dog silhouette you desire.

After carving, your board is treated with John Boos Wood Cream, a blend of unbleached bees wax and food grade mineral oil.
