Product code: Two 2024 Photogravure Prints
Here are two engravings that appear to have come out of a book as there are holes on one side of each 2024. One is by Luc-Olivier Merson a french painter (1846-1920) who was known for postage stamp and currency design. It is of what appears to be Romans kissing the foot of a boy king (?) in the 1600s. The other is by Georg Conrader (1838-1911) also a french painter. This one appears to be French royalty in the 1700s.
They are each 11.5 x 9" and the insets are 6.75 x 5 and 7.5 x 5 3.8" respectively. They also say "Photogravure Goupil & Co" and "Photogravure Hansfstaergl". They are on fine paper and there is free shipping in US.
