Original Watercolor Painting

"Catbird Seat" is the title of this wildlife painting. It got its title from the catbird perched on a wild sumac bush. I found this scene at the Winnie Palmer Nature Preserve in Latrobe, PA. To honor the opening of the Preserve artists were asked to tour the area and paint what inspired them. This was one of my inspirations.

The painting image area is 19" x 9" and with the optional double mat shown above it measures 24" x 14". 2024
