These elegant dangle earrings feature 2 1/8 inch long clusters of faceted pear shaped genuine green Tourmaline beads on Fine Silver wire, dangling from Sterling Silver handmade ear wires.

The gemstone beads are individually attached to each other with thin .999 fine silver wire using the wire wrapping technique. I made the wire headpins by carefully melting one end of each piece of hand cut wire into a tiny ball to prevent the beads from falling off. Then each wired bead was wire wrapped onto the previous wire-wrapped bead, making a self-chain. The earrings do not contain any unsoldered jump rings and are very sturdy. The ear wires are handmade by me from sterling silver wire that has been tumbled to a nicely polished finish. The tips of the wires have been rounded to prevent jagged edges from entering the piercings. The fine silver will not tarnish like sterling silver eventually does.
These earrings may be cleaned with a very quick dunk in silver cleaner, then rinsed thoroughly with water. A soft jewelry cleaning cloth impregnated with jewelers rouge is recommended to remove tarnish from silver and restore the original shine to the metal.
