This listing is for a pair of Gold panniers with synthetic boning, ribbon, and in satin bias. Inspired by 'Metropolis' and Beyoncé's 'Sweet dreams' outfit, but would work for so many occasions, either as part of a costume, or a super sexy couture outfit.
Handmade, fully boned.
Other items photographed, are also available, see other listings/ contact me.
No 2 are exactly identical, each one is an individual item of wearable art, I often use vintage and recycled materials in my work, so where this applies, identical fabric may not 2024 be found, where identical fabric cannot be used, I will source alternatives/ make to your design specifics.
Listing is just for the Panniers / shoulder pieces ( however you want to wear them...very versatile!)

If you are interested in ordering a corset, note that all of my made to measure corsets are made with width measurements AND length measurements, not just waist size. So I can cater for a multitude of shapes, sizes and proportions, as well as any design specifications. Just get in touch to discuss! :)Most of my designs are custom designed for the customer, and whilst I may create a smilar style, I promise never to make 2 the same. I want every item I make to be unique,and I want my customers to have something that is theirs, and theirs alone.
The construction process;
I design and draft a pattern, alter the pattern to any specific custom requests and I source material. My steel corsets all consist of three layers; a cotton lining, a coutil middle layer (this is a non stretchy, rigid corset middle, and the outer layer of fabric unique to each design (finer fabrics are mounted on an additional coutil layer when necessary). The corsets have 10 spiral steel bones, and 4 flat steel bones, always at least 7mm wide, and, where used, a steel centre front busk and a minimum 1" wide waist stay. All bones are capped, and the ensemble is double stitched on all seams, and top stitched. Bias binding is sewn down by hand to ensure an even, professional result.
Eyelets are fixed in with washers to make them extra secure, this is done with a mechanical press. And then I make and attach modesty panels and any embellishments.Some of my shipping costs may seem high, this is because they are for bulky items. I over estimate shipping, and ALWAYS refund any shipping overpaid, I'm very honest- I do this to make sure I'm covered! If shipping comes to less than charged I will reimburse, I always do. If you'd like to discuss alternative shipping methods, just get in touch .Courier is a cheaper up front option, but always incurs customs charges, so it often works out more expensive for customer than the method I use (Royal mail/ parcelforce) which often avoids customs charges (but not always!)
