1948 Georgine Novelties manufactured Little Lulu. Little Lulu has a molded oil cloth head. Painted facial features. Complete with lace trimmed red dress. lacy underpants and red ribbon on head. Missing the black woolen curly locks of hair that were glued on her forehead. Easily repairable. She has a rip in the arm of her dress, and a soil mark on the bottom of her pants.
