A digital file of your wedding venue illustration, this custom wedding portrait is ideal for a paper anniversary or wedding gift. Because you can print it at home, the hand-drawn artwork is perfect if you need a personalised drawing to add to your own wedding stationery or print products.

DESIGN PROCESS

I create your custom illustration from your photos, and am happy to add in extra details - a floral display, or some special staging from your wedding, anything from balloons to flamingos! I can also add a hand-lettered caption beneath the image if desired, such as your wedding date or the name of the venue.

Please send your photo(s) as soon as possible after purchasing the listing so we can get started, along with any other requests or preferences for your artwork. If you are also able to provide an address to be identified on google maps, or the venue website, that's often helpful. I will send a scan of the black and white sketch for your approval before moving onto the colour and always respond (and rework if necessary) following feedback.

I love adding as much detail as possible to these illustrations, so feel free to inundate me with pictures of the special day. The original artwork is entirely hand-drawn and watercoloured, on A4 300gsm heavyweight watercolour paper, measuring 29.7 x 21cm.

TIMINGS

Please check the estimated delivery date for current turnaround time - it varies depending on how busy I am! If you need your order earlier, or for a particular date, do get in touch and I'll see what I can do.

DELIVERY AND FILE TYPE

This is a digital file and will be sent as a high resolution .jpeg or .pdf as standard, but I'm happy to provide other formats if required - just let me know. I will send the final file via an Etsy conversation, with a link to download via Dropbox, but can also send to an email address if provided.

Please note: The original artworks are usually around 29.7x21cm and so will happily print (in my experience!) up to double that size, but this is 2024 not a vector image and so cannot be endlessly enlarged. If you are interested in a larger or vectorized file it may be possible, but please contact me to discuss.
