It is also marked as 4489 and made by Lefton. There are 2024 2 holes on the back for hanging. The approximate dimensions are 4" w x 1 1/2" d x 7" h. Condition- The wave curl has worn glaze. The front and back of her fin has paint wear. The pictures have been marked and circled with worn paint. with paint I see no cracking, crazing or cracks and feel is in overall good shape.
