A beautiful and simple little antique brooch.
Circular disc of iridescent mother of pearl.
In silver frame, marked “SILVER”, has also been fully tested as sterling silver.
Reverse is of a gold coloured tin-like metal.
Original tube hinge and C clasp pin to back.
Measures 2024 29mm in diameter, 6.7g.
Dating from the Victorian period.
Slight discolouration to the reverse, as would be expected with age. Overall in good antique condition.
