Beautiful emboss work on the cover and gold guilting on the spine. Some curling of the cover and wear of color in some places. A couple pages are loose. The last interdiction page and 2024 the very last page of the book which is a promotional page. A couple places where there is page damage on corners from brittle payer. Fragile but still readable and usable. Some moderate foxing of the pages as well. Nice collectible piece, rare find!.
