when I first recieved this item, it wasn't working at all. I took him apart, cleaned all the clothing and fixed the electronics inside. the contacts are clean, and the cassette player works. sometime the motor doesn't activate for the cassette player fully so what I do is open and close the cassette player and that does it. Teddy has been sewed up and looks pretty good, for some reason some stains on the tag didn't come off but that shouldn't be of any trouble.
