Levoy's 70ies Black and White Gingham Romper with Rickrack and Bows

This is such a cute piece.
I bought this cute number in Berkeley.
The ruffle edged with rick rack reminds me of Austin Powers.
Two small white ribbon bows add femininity in the "V" ruffle chest adornment.
The legs for the shorts are also accented with rickrack. A style I've never seen before that reminds 2024 me of mini-eskimos.
Vintage piece tag says: "Levoy's"
