2024 Spooky spectres silently lurk in this dark cave! A unique painting. Stunning fluid acrylic ring pour in black, purples and silver. This piece has a satin finish achieved through using PVA plus water as a pouring medium.
All my paintings are created by me and are totally unique. It is not possible to recreate exactly due to the creation process. Due to its abstract nature the painting can be positioned in any direction depending on your own preference.
I feel very much at home with the ring pour technique and am always amazed at the infinite variety of gorgeous effects created!
I started pouring back in Autumn 2019 after seeing this technique used on painted rocks. I tried it on the rocks with limited success, then tried on yupo paper to experiment and enjoyed the process so much I decided to try it on canvas. Since then I've never looked back!
I am open to requests for commissions which can be based on colour combinations and/or particular techniques used (eg ring pour, Dutch pour, swipe, dirty pour, flip cup, reverse dip). Just let me know.
