WHAT IS PROOF AND WHY DO WE CHARGE THEM?
*********************************************************

A proof is simply a preview of your item before it goes for production. If you don't have specific changes or request chances are you don't need one.


We wish we could provide proof on every item and we promise we are not trying to be rude or make an extra money. However being a small business and only have two employee Husband and wife that's process upwards 100 orders a day and many more during holiday, it's borderline impossible. Here is why its so time consuming and drags down the entire order process

1. FIRST - our color setting are often different for our production process then for the screen, so in order to provide you with true representation of your item, we have to make two different versions one for the production and one for proof. And for our family Portrait or any Portrait we offer mostly only hairstyle are changes because most of the graphic are fixed.

2. SECOND - We also have to export the designs in a different format to send to you so you can review it, as we can't send it to you in the format we use for production.

3. THIRD - the customer service becomes a true logistic nightmare - between sending the proofs, marking that we send proof, then continually checking if the buyer response . We would spend so much time following up on a proofs that would never have time to produce the order anymore.

That is why we typically we don't send out proof as we realistically can't accommodate it when all of our customer ask for it. So we have to take a holistic approach that we can't accommodate all of our customer then we can't to much exceptions as it would not be fair to previous and future customers. However there is only exceptions is if the customers requests a fully customize design that is not in our currently listing or really wanted a proof then they you will need to purchase this and you will get you proof with 3-4 Business days.

Please ensure you factor in extra time for this, as edits may 2024 delay your order. Once proof is send you have 48 hours to approved them if we didn't get response by then. We will proceeds with the production and send your order as schedule.
