Striking Chinese export gilded silver butterfly brooch (stamped "SILVER" on the back). The body is made of a kind of very tight mesh decorated with enamel designs and genuine lapis lazuli vibrant blue teardrop stones. Vivid, beautiful colors. Safety C clasp works fine. Can be worn as a pendant with a chain around the antennas. Delightful vintage item at a great price.
