Gorgeous black cocktail dress from the late 1950s or early 1960s! This classic black crepe dress has a chic sheath silhouette with a fitted bodice, nipped waist, and slim wiggle skirt. It features a contrasting beige satin asymmetrical collar with a sparkly rhinestone pin! It has lovely, intricate seaming that creates a little hidden pouch near the front collar as well hidden hip pockets! Back hook and eye and side metal zipper closure.

Condition: Great vintage condition! I suspect this was dry cleaned just before the previous owner carefully put it into storage it as it still appears clean and nicely pressed! It does have a slight storage smell which should air out and some faint spotting on the collar which isn't overt (see photo). Also noted some wear / oxidation to the pin, a few spots of iron shine, especially on the sleeve, and some stitch marks on the side of the skirt where the seam must have been let out. Presents beautifully!
