Wickedly witchy late 70's-early 80's black maxi dress with Victorian style and Stevie Nicks vibes. Dress has a sheer black lace panel at the bust and back, high neckline with sultry peekaboo V and three ivory decorative buttons. Dramatic sheer lace bishop sleeves with single button cuffs. Blouson style with elastic waistline and flowy floor skimming skirt. Comes with matching tie waist belt, threaded belt loops intact. Mid-back zipper. Fabric is a slightly sheer slinky polyester. There are no tags present. Dress would best fit a modern women's size medium to large. It is LONG so best suited for an average height to taller gal unless you want to hem it (please see measurements below for fit).
