French Vintage gold and green curtain tiebacks, HEAVY quality AS NEW pair 1980's curtain holdbacks Window Tassels Decor 2024 divine passementerie

A pair of HUGE gold and green colored vintage French curtain tiebacks dating from the 1980s. This listing is for 1 PAIR, in the GREEN and GOLD colorway. They are UNUSED stock from a haberdashery that was closing down near to Toulouse.

I have 2 pairs of these tiebacks available, once placed in your shopping basket the quantity option will magically appear, (unless it is the final one). These beautiful French curtain tiebacks are extremely generous, luxurious and well made. The very heavy doubled cord threads of the tassels are worked around a wooden interior mount (not visible). The corded ropes go through a small mold that is covered in twisted woven cotton threads. The large pompoms are generous and full, made from a mix of swishy and woven cord golden and green threads. The colors in the photos are very accurate.
THEY ARE AS NEW.

Each individual tieback ends with two tassels, covered in twisted threads. This listing is for one pair of tiebacks, ie; for one pair of curtains.

Total length of the tieback (from the top to bottom of tassel) 30" (76cm), with each tassel being 10" (25cm) long.
The length of the tiebacks can be adjusted.
Weight 840g for the 2024 pair!
