Vintage Val Saint Lambert Signed Glass Pedestal Cake Stand Footed Cake or Fruit Plate Made in Belgium Likely Mid Century Circa 2024 40's or 50's

Made in Belgium, Val Saint Lambert has been creating timeless, elegant, crystal glassware pieces since 1926. Their mouth-blown Belgian crystal is carefully cut to maximize radiance. This stunning pedestal cake stand is a fantastic example of the beauty of Val St. Lambert glassware. Val St. Lambert is renown primarily for its creations during the Art Nouveau and the Art Deco periods. Val St. Lambert crystal is known as one of the purest and clearest glassware around the world. The beautiful details on this vintage glass pedestal cake stand make it a fabulous choice for displaying sweets, fruit, seasonal holiday décor or Christmas ornaments. This hard to find cake/fruit display plate 2024 is designed with oval, teardrops and the unique scalloped edge is punctuated with tiny points on a hexagon base. It is signed on the bottom of the base. Sure to add elegance to any tabletop, this pattern has an Art Deco look to it and a heavy, sturdy feel. The condition is excellent vintage. There are no cracks or repairs and the glass is very clear. There are some light surface scratches on the underside of the base. There are also a few (3-4) points on the rim that have very tiny chips or flea bites. The cake/fruit stand measures 5" tall x 8.25" diameter x 4.5" base diameter and weighs 38.5 ounces. Sold as is. All visible flaws disclosed.
