It is a soft, beautiful white lace with a rose motif and fully lined in 2024 with a high quality cotton slip. There is elastic at the shoulders and waist and it can be worn on or off the shoulders. It also has a slight high-low design which features a slightly longer back creating a small train. The elastic in the waist will allow for an extra 1-3 inches of stretch!
