Product code: Small, antique, cobalt blue Wedgwood Jasperware vase with metal 2024 flower frog inside
2024 This beautiful, deep blue Wedgwood Jasperware vase has a metal flower frog firmly affixed to the bottom. It fits so snugly it appears to be an original part of the vase - but I have not been able to turn up anything like it - so perhaps someone modified it along the way.
The vase is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. There is some wear on the upper rim.
The H mark at the base indicate a manufacturing date of 1905 - the Made in England mark began to appear in 1891 but was not in constant use until after 1908 according to what I could discern.
The vase is 3 1/8” high X 3 3/8” in diameter.
